Cauliflower Chicken Stir Fry


1 Bag of Green Giant Cauliflower Crumbles

1 Cooked Chicken Breast

1 Egg scrambled

2-3 Stalked of Celery Chopped

1 Bag or Fresh Asparagus Tips

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

2-3 Tablespoons of San J’s Gluten-Free Tamari Soy Sauce

Salt and Pepper

Place the olive oil in a sauté' pan, add the cauliflower crumbles, the chopped celery and asparagus, salt and pepper and the soy sauce and stir fry until he veggies are tender but still crisp. Add the egg and scramble throughout the pan. Add the  cooked chicken and continue stirring until the chicken in incorporated and warm. Serves 1-2 people.
