As the weather turns cooler one of my favorite go-to breakfasts is a bowl of steamy hot oatmeal. I like to mix together steel-cut and old-fashioned oatmeal. I add a spoonful of almond butter, ¼ thinly sliced and chopped fresh apple and I sprinkle cinnamon on top.
