“If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!”― Benjamin Franklin.  When you think that Ben Franklin, born in 1706 was one of our founding fathers, a statesman and inventor, his words are timeless.  These words have stood the test of time. This very small, but very significant quote rang true over three hundred years ago and still does today.  Having a plan is key to your success, whether it’s with a life’s decision, or a journey traveled, or weight loss or weight maintenance.  Take some time to reflect and then commit.
