I went to a potluck dinner last weekend and one of the dishes was grilled flank steak with a chimichurri sauce. It was the hit of the party! I really think if we were not at a party some of the men would have licked the bowl, it was that good! Sonia’s Famous Chimichurri Sauce

2 large cloves of garlic

1 1/2 cups of fresh cilantro

1 1/2 cups of parsley

1/4 cup of distilled white vinegar

1/3 cup of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of cayenne

Place everything in a food processor to finely chop it.  This should be made the night before so the flavors have a chance marry together.
