Turkey Roll Up


  1. 4 ounces of fresh roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
  2. 4 large leaves or red or green lettuce
  3. 4-5  spinach leaves
  4. Sliced tomatoes
  5. Mustard

 Layer the turkey slices on lettuce leaves. Spread lightly with mustard,add the spinach and tomatoes.Roll the turkey and lettuce up tightly and enjoy!

Zucchini Roll


  1. 1 zucchini, peeled into thin strips length wise
  2. 1/4 cup humus
  3. Carrot sticks
  4. Celery sticks
  5. Red pepper strips

  Lay out the zucchini and spread the humus on it, layer the veggies and roll up and enjoy!
