Turkey Roll Up
- 4 ounces of fresh roasted turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 4 large leaves or red or green lettuce
- 4-5 spinach leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
Layer the turkey slices on lettuce leaves. Spread lightly with mustard,add the spinach and tomatoes.Roll the turkey and lettuce up tightly and enjoy!
- 1 zucchini, peeled into thin strips length wise
- 1/4 cup humus
- Carrot sticks
- Celery sticks
- Red pepper strips
Lay out the zucchini and spread the humus on it, layer the veggies and roll up and enjoy!
