Anyone who knows me well, knows that I am very blessed in that I have no trouble falling asleep or sleeping though the night. So many people ask me what’s my secret. Actually I don’t have a secret but I do have a routine. Each day, I try to make getting some exercise a priority. Usually it’s either walking 10,000 steps, biking 8- 12 miles or playingat least two hours of tennis. If there are stairs anywhere, I take them instead of the elevator. I park my car far away from the entrances of buildings. At night when I get into bed, I review my day, the people that came into my life and I count my blessings. I am then able to fall asleep knowing I did my best that day with a clean slate and ready to start another day tomorrow. Sweet Dreams
