Mary’s Top Ten Healthy Choices


  1. Wake up with an Attitude of Gratitude.
  2. Start the morning with an 8 ounce glass of water with 1-2 tablespoons of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar. (ACV).
  3. Eat a Healthy Breakfast. Protein and greens are your buddy in the morning.
  4. Have a plan and be purposeful.
  5. Move, go for a walk, bike ride, stretch, do yoga, go to the gym, whatever you love doing. Aim for 10,000 steps every day.
  6. Keep yourself accountable, buy a fitness band, download some fun fitness Apps. 
  7. Be present with the people in your life and your surroundings. Enjoy and embrace the beauty of the day. Tell people who are important to you that you love them.
  8. Begin each day anew. Each day is a new day, a new beginning. Resiliency is a telltale sign of having purpose and happiness.
