As many of you know, one of my favorite expressions is to wake up with an “Attitude of Gratitude”. According to Wikipedia,“Gratitude, thankfulness, gratefulness, or appreciation is a feeling or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that one has received or will receive”.
Each day, I really do strive to wake up with an Attitude of Gratitude, but I have to admit that some days are more challenging than others to make that commitment so what should one do? When I start to stray away from that Attitude of Gratitude, I focus on what it is that I am really grateful for.Just by doing that one simple mental exercise that brings me back to the reality that I really do have an Attitude of Gratitude and I have much to be grateful for. I know this sounds simple but sometimes simple is all it takes to focus on what’s important to you and commit to keeping that a priority.
