The Choice is Yours

Life is all about choice, you can either greet each day as a new beginning or choose to live in your own bubble, the choice is yours. Here are some of my favorite choices to have a positive impact on your day.

    1    Wake up with an attitude of gratitude.

    2    Greet each day as a new beginning, a clean slate.

    3    Start the day with 8 ounces of water and one tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar.

    4    Try to walk 10-15 minutes after every meal to improve digestion.

    5    Be present, Enjoy and embrace the beauty of the day.

    6    Have a plan and be purposeful.

    7    Smile, be the rainbow in someone else’s cloud.

    8    Be present with the people in your life and let them know that you love them.

    9    Be of service, be kind and compassionate.

    10    Make some time for yourself, whether it is meditation, breathing,yoga or doing your favorite exercise. Make self care a priority.

    11    Know that you don’t have to walk your journey alone, reach out to someone.

    12    Watch a sunrise or sunset at least once a week.
