At some point on our life journey we are faced with adversity. If you look up the word adversity, it is described as misfortune, difficulties. What we do when faced with adversity greatly affects the course of our journey. Often, first it’s denial, then reality sets in followed by panic, depression and finally acceptance. You can either embrace it or continue on a journey of pity and self doubt the choice is yours.
