Preheat the oven to 425°F

Peel Rutabaga and cut into french fry strips.

In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together rutabaga chilli powder, oregano, lime juice and grape seed oil. 

Now, place rutabaga fries evenly on a baking sheet (spray sheet with oil first); place in the oven and let bake for 30 minutes flipping half way through.
