Ground Chicken with Marinara Sauce over Zucchini Noodles


1 LB ground chicken

Homemade marinara sauce

a hand full of spinach

 4-5 basil leaves

2-3 garlic cloves

1 jicama

Italian seasoning


salt and pepper

1 large zucchini


Brown the chicken in a teaspoon of olive oil, add salt and pepper, oregano and Italian seasoning. In a food processor, add, jicama, spinach, basil and garlic blend well and add to the browned chicken. Pour in 1-2 cups of homemade marinara sauce. Spiralize the zucchini, place in a bowl and pour the ground chicken with marinara sauce over it.
