SPANISH RICED CAULIFLOWER
6 Oz Ground beef, or ground turkey
1 1/2 Cup Cauliflower, riced
1/2 Cup Pepper,
1/2 Canned diced tomatoes,
1/2 Cup Fresh salsa,
1 Garlic cloves,
2 Tbsp Grape seed oil,
Sea salt & pepper, to taste
Add garlic and peppers to a large pan with grape seed oil; sauté for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Add riced cauliflower. Stir fry until tender.
Brown ground beef over medium-high heat along with the riced cauliflower and peppers.
Pour and mix in the canned tomatoes and salsa.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
