Father's Day

This Sunday is Father’s Day. We celebrate Father’s Day and Mother’s Day to make our parents feel special. We want them to know how much we love them. Research has shown that showing appreciation and gratitude is as good for us as it is for our parents. It is good for our mental and physical health to take the time out of our daily lives to share with others the things we are grateful for. People who express gratitude are happier, more optimistic, and feel more socially connected to others.

People who express gratitude feel more physically healthy and are more inclined to exercise. With all that added benefit, try showing this love and gratitude not just on Father or Mother’s Day but everyday, and enjoy the benefits and blessings all year long!
