“No Rhyme or Reason Day”
/Since September 1st is “No Rhyme or Reason Day” I am posting my favorite Healthy Smoothie for No Rhyme or Reason~ Enjoy and Have Fun!
Cucumber Basil Mint Smoothie
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup of rushed ice
- a handful of spinach
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 handful of basil
- Juice of one lime
- 6-8 leaves of mint
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder or a packet of vanilla protein powder.
