“No Rhyme or Reason Day”

Since September 1st is “No Rhyme or Reason Day” I am posting my favorite Healthy Smoothie for No Rhyme or Reason~ Enjoy and Have Fun!

Cucumber Basil Mint Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 cup of rushed ice
  • a handful of spinach
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 handful of basil
  • Juice of one lime
  • 6-8  leaves of mint 
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder or a packet of vanilla protein powder.
