Weighing yourself every day is a daily commitment to yourself to be healthy. Being accountable to yourself, is key to your success of maintaining your weight. When you don’t weigh in , you are literally taking a vacation from being accountable and often ,that’s when back sliding occurs. At first, you may tell yourself, I’ll weigh in tomorrow, or I will weigh in when I get back from vacation or I’ll weigh in on Monday. After all, don’t all diet/health plans start on a Monday? The point is when we take a vacation, we don’t have to take a vacation from being accountable to ourselves and our commitment to healthy living. What's your choice?
